How long do personalized items take? +

Personalized stationery and invitations typically take 5-10 business days to complete. Custom wedding invitations may take 2-3 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. We'll give you a timeline during your consultation.

Do you ship outside the United States? +

Currently we ship only within the United States. All orders receive free standard shipping with no sales tax. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy? +

Returns are accepted within 14 days with receipt and original packaging. Items must be in original, unused condition. Personalized and custom items are final sale. See our full return policy for details.

Can I visit your store? +

Absolutely! We're located at 306 2nd Ave SE in downtown Decatur, Alabama. We're open Monday through Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We'd love to help you find the perfect stationery or gift.

Yes, complimentary gift wrapping is available on all purchases. We use premium paper and ribbon from our collection. Just let us know at checkout or in-store.
