Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • In original packaging where applicable

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized stationery, custom invitations, monogrammed items, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thepaperchasedecatur.com or (256) 355-8993. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@thepaperchasedecatur.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack items securely with original packaging and receipt
  4. Ship to: Paper Chase, 306 2nd Ave SE, Decatur, AL 35601

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases may also be returned in person at our Decatur boutique during business hours. Bring your receipt and original packaging.
