Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

• In-stock items: Ship within 1-3 business days
• Personalized items: Ship within 5-10 business days
• Custom invitations: Ship within 2-3 weeks (timeline provided during consultation)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to all 50 United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tax

All orders are tax free. No sales tax is charged on any purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us at info@thepaperchasedecatur.com or (256) 355-8993. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
